Late at night, J and his companions followed the forest spirits to a great rift. They stepped into a hidden passage leading underground and eventually reached a vast cavern. The place was as silent as a tomb buried for a thousand years, yet the air throbbed with a sense of flowing energy. The surrounding rock walls were laced with glowing veins, pulsing like a colossal nervous system. These mineral lines connected the entire forest as one, and J named it “The Heart of the Leylines.”Here dwelled the forest spirits. Isolated from the outside world, their bodies resonated with the energy veins, born from the land itself as manifestations of its primal will. They were not creatures of chance, but the union of nature and energy—lifeforms chosen by the leylines.
